(A) I wish to notify the Ministry of Tertiary Education, Science & Research
of some recent developments. A message was sent to me by the OPEN UNIVERSITY , 11.36, 02/06/26
I repeat what I said; [ https://eocoum.blogspot.com/2026/06/message-from-open-university-and-my.html ] (B) I wish also to notify the Ministry and attached parties that; I have the impression (I am rarely wrong) that some WOMEN working in Tertiary Sector , instead of doing for what they are paid for, they sit , make fool, and wait for people to lose patience and say some words to them, and then pretend to be victims as it was the case in Seegum J v The State of Mauritius [2021 SCJ 162] Unfortunately for them, I am always respectful in my conversations.
AND I KEEP ALL IN RECORDS. Compared to them I do my job honestly, I am not a nominee, I do not have any hidden agenda and respect my students, I do not discriminate. My only motive is to study and not to make plots with politics as some of them do. As in the case of THANNOO M. v THE NATIONAL HERITAGE FUND 2025 SCJ 582 , Record No. 112593 THE SUPREME COURT OF MAURITIUS when they are OUT, even Courts won't be able to help them. My problems with Universities are STILL NOT yet fully solved.

(a)To Ministry of Tertiary Education, Science & Research Directorate /Director/AD/ Admin / (b)To Ministry of Tertiary Education, Science & Research , Permanent Secretary /DPS/APS (c) To Higher Education commission (d) To : Equal Opportunities Commission (e)To: The Secretary, Public Service Commission and Disciplined Forces Service Commission (1) For reasons very odd , some Public Universities have been IGNORING ME, DISCRIMINATING ME, DISRESPECTING ME causing me prejudice professionally. As a result I had no choice than to REPORT to the ...... (f) I add this communication ref doc 162 28 05 26 , as a COMPLAINT also. I warn TERTIARY SECTOR that I already brought the matter PUBLIC. EVERYONE IS AWARE WHAT IS BEING DONE TO ME. (2) I have attached the HEC so that the Tertiary sector tomorrow cannot say " I did not inform x y z". Everyone is concerned. Public Universities have to be IMPARTIAL ,and it is not their people/political agents/ "nou-bann " who have the right to enter. They are paid with public funds. Universities must not do Discrimination (political opinion/ legal war/ castle). (3) My only motive is to study, but I do not know what the hidden agenda, reasons for PUBLIC Universities to IGNORE/DISCRIMINATE ME. I am prejudiced professionally. (4) Authorities were asked to please inquire at their levels WHY PUBLIC UNIVERSITIES are ignoring/discriminating and disrespecting me. They are paid with PUBLIC FUNDS AND HAVE TO WORK IMPARTIALLY. My point is that It is not YOUR UNIVERSITY but A Public University where people are paid with public funds. (5) These people teach topics like LEADERSHIP but in practice they themselves DO NOT have any leadership qualities nor display these qualities of fairness, listening to others, respecting others, treat everyone equally, honesty, not discriminating , impartiality etc.. it cannot be only their people "nou bann" / their agents/ their relatives who are allowed to enter. Even lonely people like me who has no one has the right to study at Public Universities.(5) I work as Educator. My employer is not concerned by my personal matters. It is not a school related issue. My personal matters of studies/legal wars/ relationship are not their "Zonion". (6) As the population is growingly unhappy with current financial/ economic/ social situation in the country, I also attach the Scrt of PSC, so that the PSC know HOW THEY DO IT "under this regime". Since tomorrow only their people/political agents / their caste / "nou-bann" will go to apply with certificates from their Universities and people like me who DO NOT WALK with Politics were not even allowed to follow XYZ courses/Ignored/disrespected/ marginalised . This is DISCRIMINATION (political opinion/legal war/caste) FROM THE ROOTS.(7) Lastly , as a student of Tertiary during the past 20 years 2006 till date NEVER any University reproached to me any matter. So I do not see what prevents my admission to my application unless Discrimination. Beware behind my back, some people INVENT COMPLAINTS AGAINST ME. I SUGGEST in case of any complaints AGAINST ME in the future , all above authorities are attached "to the same email that they put it to me" to prevent Allegations against me behind my back without giving to me any opportunity to defend myself and to prove their stories to be false/defamatory and prejudicial/ politically motivated. The only rule I have to abide is "a student must follow only One course at a time from a University. MIE ,OUM, UOM, UTM are DIFFERENT INSTITUTIONS." (8) Politics like to say publicly that "I am a bourik".
